چکیده

Bu ara?t?rman?n amac?, yüksekö?retim kurumlar?nda görev yapan ö?retim elemanlar?n?n alg?lad?klar? akademik liderlik ile örgütsel ba?l?l?k düzeyleri aras?ndaki ili?kileri belirlemektir. Çal??ma ili?kisel tarama modeli gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Ara?t?rma evrenini Orta Anadolu’da ki bir devlet Üniversitesinde yapmakta olan toplam 892 personel olu?turmaktad?r. örneklemi küme örnekleme yöntemi kullan?larak belirlenen 252 eleman?ndan olu?maktad?r. Veriler Karsant?k taraf?ndan geli?tirilen “Akademik Liderlik Ölçe?i” Meyer ve Allen çal??anlar?n ba?l?l???n? de?erlemeye yönelik “Örgütsel Ba?l?l?k yard?m? toplanm??t?r. Ara?t?rmada ilgili kurumuna ait farkl? birimlerde kat?l?mc?lar?n yapt?klar? birim, unvan, cinsiyet, ya? mesleki k?dem de?i?kenlerine göre belirlenmi? de?i?kenler aras? ili?kiler ortaya konmaya çal???lm??t?r. Ara?t?rman?n sonuçlar? aras?nda alg?s?n?n cinsiyet de?i?kenine farkl?la?mad???, farkl?la?t??? görülmektedir. Ö?retim düzeylerinin birim duygusal normatif devam farkl?la?t???, unvan Akademik düzeyini, düzeyinin de alg?s?n? etkiledi?i sonucuna var?lm??t?r.
